  • Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized decorations (unless damaged or incorrect).
  • Gift cards.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your decoration product arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly offer you a full refund or an exchange. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with:

  • Clear photographs of the damage or defect.
  • A description of the issue.

We will cover all shipping costs for returns due to damage or defects.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If approved:

  • A refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Processing time for refunds can take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different decoration, please follow the same return process. Upon receiving the returned product, we will process the exchange and ship the new item.

  • The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returned items unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect product).
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or mistake.
