1. Shipping Methods and Rates
We offer the following shipping methods for delivery to all locations within Pakistan. International shipping may be available upon request.
- Standard Shipping: Delivered within 5-7 business days.
- Express Shipping: Delivered within 1-2 business days.
Shipping rates are calculated based on your shipping address and order size at checkout.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays or special promotions. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your order. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated.
4. Delivery Locations
We currently offer shipping within Pakistan only.

6. Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping is calculated based on your order size and shipping address.
- Expedited and Express Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery time and the destination. These options will be presented to you at checkout.
- Orders of PKR 5,000 or more qualify for free standard shipping within Country.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
While we take great care to ensure that your order arrives safely, there are rare occasions where packages may be delayed, lost, or damaged during transit. If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

- For damaged items, please provide photos of the damage for us to process a claim or assist with a replacement.
8. Signature Requirements
Some high-value items may require a signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable to sign for the package, please arrange for someone to accept it on your behalf or select an alternative delivery location.
9. Shipping Delays
Shipping carriers occasionally experience delays, especially during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, holidays). While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
